Tuesday, June 08, 2004
Goldleaf Technologies is proud to announce that we have hired
Ron Harman as the new Vice President and Director of Education
in our ACH division. Ron will be responsible for overseeing both
the online and onsite training programs provided by Goldleaf
to its valued clients. Prior to joining Goldleaf Technologies,
Ron worked for many years in the ACH field training bank personnel,
most recently with TROY Group’s ACH origination and processing
programs.
Ron has conducted ACH and software training sessions throughout
the country – from California to Florida to Michigan and
most points in between. His training audiences have involved
dozens of financial institutions like Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh
and First Tennessee Bank in Memphis, as well as numerous corporations
and special interest groups including Regional ACH Associations.
After graduating from Penn State University, Ron began working
for First United National Bank where he subsequently held positions
as Teller, Internal Auditor, Operations Officer, Compliance & Training
Officer, and Assistant Vice President.
While employed at the bank, Ron wrote articles and procedures
that were published in state and national banking publications
and used by several banking organizations including the Federal
Reserve Bank, American Bankers Association, Pennsylvania Bankers
Association, American Institute of Banking, and Banker’s
Hotline. His training programs were recognized and formally adapted
for use by such groups as the Bank Administration Institute and
1st Financial Training Services.
Goldleaf is excited about the addition of Ron to the outstanding
team of technology experts we call the Goldleaf family.
