Dear Dennis,
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been
with the help I have received from your Tech Support
department recently. We purchased Trans Link last year
for a new customer. However, it worked out that the
customer did not need the service after all. All the
training they had given me was definitely not retained
and when out of the blue another customer contacted
us a few weeks ago that they needed EDI translating
the next day, I was scrambling. Fortunately, Edie and
Karen were there to walk me through it and when the
file did finally come through (and not the next day
as anticipated), we were ready.
Also this past spring I was out for medical leave
and Edie helped Jennifer, my assistant, reinstall some
software. Jennifer called me at home to let me know
how knowledgeable she was and how easy it was to follow
her directions.
In the competitive banking environment,
excellent customer service is invaluable in retaining
customers
and Goldleaf definitely has a phenomenal customer service
attitude from sales to tech support.

to comment on our experience with your web-based ACH
batch software,
ACH Client.
Client has proved to be
the solution to our ACH batch offering. Robust
and intuitive,
Client provides our customers with a high level
of capability and satisfaction. We are even converting
our ACH customers from the Certegy system that
we
are de-commissioning in a couple of months.
The
customer options to upload ACH files, import data,
and of
course create the ACH files within Client provides
us with the flexibility to meet each customer’s
specific needs. The onboard help function is
one of the best that I’ve seen in any software,
but, I find myself gravitating to your tech support
line as the folks that work there are friendly,
courteous and world class.
Finally, Client’s “sister” software,
Server, has made our backroom life so much easier.
Gone are the human errors replaced by customer
