Installation Technician

The Installation Support Technician position will be responsible for the implementation and support of financial software products for new and existing clients. The Installation/Support Technician will travel to client sites, install and configure software, and provide functional training to clients. This position will also provide ongoing telephone support to existing clients.

The position requires 3-5 years previous technical support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette. Ability to travel as needed for installations. Experience providing mission-critical software support. Self-motivation and the ability to work well independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of the banking industry. Knowledge of SQL a plus.
