Leasing Relationship Manager

Position available in California
The Leasing Relationship Manager is responsible for meeting with targeted banks within their assigned territory of California to establish the Goldleaf leasing program at the bank. The Leasing Relationship Manager will also be responsible for educating the bank’s lenders on the program, organizing meetings and documenting all efforts to ensure completion.

This position requires at least 3-5 years of previous outside leasing sales experience, ideally broker or vendor experience. Ability to financially qualify/prepare a lease package/structure a deal/pricing. Previous success in building a pipeline via telemarketing/cold-calling, networking, etc. Ability to communicate effectively with C-levels, Bank Managers, Lending Officers, Business Owners—with credibility. Ability to travel overnight on a weekly basis (2-3 nights). Excellent written and verbal communication as well as great interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills—Sales Force Automation (ACT!/ SalesLogix a plus), email, Word, Excel. College degree preferred.
