Amity was extremely helpful during the presentation. She encouraged questions and provided excellent answers. She also provided help outside of the tax payment session in regards to other aspects of ach client. I was very pleased with the session and felt it increased my knowledge tremendously about the product.
I enjoyed the smaller class (just our institution) which made it easier to interact with the instructor.

Great Training Topics. We just signed up as a customer of Goldleaf and are going through the set up process now. I'm amazed that the training topics listed that are available even just over the next few months, including this one, are so on point. These are the exact details and training that we really need refreshers on. Overall presentation: Very impressive and helpful.
Very easy process to log into the meeting and extremely quick response time on receiving confirmation from Amity. The personal phone calls I received from her made a great impression. Countybank places the highest importance on personal customer service and Amity really took the effort to make me feel like we already had a personal relationship with everyone there. If this is the kind of service we can expect in the future, we couldn't have chosen a better company to partner with that reflects our own values on service and support.
